Loved the spacious room and the great location near everything we wanted! The hotel's TV room was cozy and perfect for relaxing before exploring the city, and the garden area was a nice touch for some fresh air. The only slight downside was the taxi service—had a bit of a shady experience with a driver charging more than expected, but didn't let that tarnish the wonderful time we had overall. 🌿

We stayed at the hotel for a short transit stay. Despite a few inconveniences like the lack of hot water and noise from a nearby club, we appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the friendly staff. The breakfast was okay, and the location near a metro and bus station made it easy to get around for our planned activities. We also liked the comfortable room amenities, like the couch.

By and large, it was vacation base for sightseeing in Washington, had much fun and met informative staff from the doorman to receptionist. I thoroughly enjoyed the functional-style building and my brilliant room with the sofa bed.

Contemporary and functional accommodation. Fresh and appetising food. Stayed in warm enough triple room with great decor and a sofa bed, as example. All the employees were energetic and informative. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Downtown D.C. District.

There is a pub next to the hotel, until 4 am it was mega loud, you couldn't sleep.

Our top floor room was very quiet with a helpful housekeeper and accommodating staff. The valet service was fantastic, and the front desk staff were friendly. The location was convenient, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. Special features include a garden area, a leisure/TV room, and proximity to several key landmarks like the National Gallery of Art and the Jefferson Memorial, making for a memorable family bonding experience.

My stay at the Hyatt in Washington was quite pleasant overall. The room overlooked K Street and offered a great view of the city. despite the broken toilet seat, the room was comfortable and well-maintained. The AC units from the neighbouring hotel were small, but they didn't detract from my overall experience.

One minor inconvenience was the limit of 3 devices on the internet. As a frequent traveller who often needs to work online, this restriction was slightly frustrating.

I chose the hotel specifically to visit the International Spy Museum, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of dining options available. The 24/7 Gallery offered a great selection of made-to-order items, and the rooftop terrace was a lovely spot to enjoy a meal or a drink.

there was very little space around the bed, so it was a little tiring to get out of bed at night; furthermore, air conditioning in the house opposite was so loud that i had to use the earplugs that were fortunately provided

The room at Hyatt Place Washington DC/White House was super cozy and had a fancy 42" flat-screen TV. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the comfy sofa bed for a great night's rest.

Some rooms on lower floors might get street noise, but I wasn't bothered.

A little tight. Small rooms. A triple room, it's actually a double room with a couch. No room for suitcases. But two days can be handled.

During my transit in Washington, I found the location of Hyatt Place Washington DC/White House to be very convenient, with close proximity to Reagan National Airport and McPherson Square. The ease of access to these locations made my stay hassle-free and allowed me to make the most of my short time in the city.

I was disappointed to find that the room was not cleaned during my two-night stay, and I never received a visit from the cleaning crew. the early morning noise from the trash dumpsters being picked up on Friday was quite disruptive, affecting my ability to rest peacefully.

hotel is located on a large road with appropriate noise, such as sirens etc. to be in the center without noise... hmm is difficult. attention: do not touch the hotel taxi. he tried to rip us off on the way to the train station, although he promised before that it wouldn't cost more than a city taxi. strongly resisted, it worked.

The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. It is very close to all the sights and attractions in the city, making it convenient for sightseeing. The facilities are very good, the room was a little small but very good for two people, I imagine there must be other rooms more spacious but ours was perfect, the bathroom was very clean and in excellent condition. . I found it very safe, because to use the elevator you need the key to the room, so not just anyone can go up . By location it is close to the White House and places of interest, however as you walk to the Washington Monument, Abraham Lincoln and Capitol, the distance becomes wider to walk back, but it is nothing that can not be solved by renting a bike or even with an Uber. . In general everything was very good, however, the best thing was the staff both at the reception and in the restaurant, the chef came out very attentive to explain to us in detail the dishes they had on the menu so that my group of friends could choose our dinner . I also chose the option with breakfast included and it was buffet style so it was worth it since you can come back for something else if you wish and it was wide in variety. I think that the best option might be to make the reservation with breakfast included, since it has a value of $13 per person. Very good choice of hotel and good price.

There may not have been bathrooms in the reception area, but they are on the second floor of the hotel, but that was not a problem or something so important.

Very well-placed establishment! The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was quite varied even if not exceptional ... Concerning the staff: catastrophic ! When checking out, we wanted to pay with two credit cards. The person at the reception desk finally made a mistake and charged the first card, and icing on the cake she wanted to charge the second card, which would have made a double billing. Luckily, we realized her mistake. After that, we told her we were unhappy and she simply brushed us off in a very rude way (I'll pass on the details. And finally, we realized that we had been charged more than we had expected. We didn't try to understand for lack of time, but stay tuned ...

breakfast would be all around good, if the organization was better. on the first day many things were empty, other days it got better and better. staff is not unfriendly, they are not really friendly either and even less concerned about the guests. unfortunately the room had no view to the outside, because foil was stuck in front of the window. without foil i would have only looked at closely adjacent office buildings.

The location is exceptional, it is steps away from the Washington Mall where the main attractions are located. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The bed is exceptional, I really liked the personal hygiene elements they leave (shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer) . We got a promotion from Black Friday and it was really cheap!
